Each registrant receives a personal resume review and guidance so they present at their best. The outcome is a prepared, confident candidate with a resume highlighting qualifications and experience relevant to roles they are pursuing.
Many employers will schedule interviews onsite at MOJO. They receive resumes in advance and may contact candidates directly to meet privately. It is not unusual to have multiple interviews, and subsequent job offers during and after the event.
