MOJO was launched in 2012 as a boutique hiring event specific to degreed military professionals and military spouses. Employers attending can recruit early career Enlisted and NCOs, as well as Junior and Senior Military Leaders. Our talent pipeline offers diversity in rank, race, gender. There are No Fees for Hires.

MOJO white glove customer service is about providing a high touch, personal experience for service members, veterans and military spouses. We value our corporate partners recruiting at MOJO and offer the VIP treatment leading up to and onsite at our hiring events.

I wanted to share success stories from the 2024 DC MOJO. Schneider Electric (SE) was one of your sponsors. Two of our SOTF fellows, Jeremy Bell and Mike Hudson both landed roles at MOJO. Based on that connection, SE and SOTF now have a really great working relationship. They have hosted workshops for us that I am positive will result in more opportunities. MOJO was exceptional, and I encourage all transitioning service members and Veterans to take advantage of the opportunity. On Day 1 presentations from various companies was a great opportunity to learn about Veteran programs for those transitioning from military to the civilian workforce. The Welcome Reception was awesome, as it allowed us to have preliminary chats with company reps and find out what they were hiring for.
