Employers attending can recruit early career Enlisted and NCOs, as well as Junior Officers and Senior Military Leaders. Our talent pipeline offers diversity in rank, race, gender. There are No Fees for Hires.
MOJO white glove customer service is about providing a high touch, personal experience for service members, veterans and military spouses. We value our corporate partners recruiting at MOJO and offer the VIP treatment leading up to and onsite at our hiring events.

We sent several invitations for candidates to interview at MOJO; We are planning two groups of hires and if they accept, they'll receive a written offer within 24 hours, and start within a week. We have more interviews scheduled for start dates in 2024.

MOJO was exceptional, and I encourage all transitioning service members and Veterans to take advantage of the opportunity. On Day 1 presentations from various companies was a great opportunity to learn about Veteran programs for those transitioning from military to the civilian workforce. The Welcome Reception was awesome, as it allowed us to have preliminary chats with company reps and find out what they were hiring for. I attended the DC MOJO, and honestly was blown away by how well organized it was. Having companies reach out ahead of time (after they received resumes) reduced a lot of the stress that typically comes with trying to sell yourself from booth to booth. Individual support behind the high touch we offer veterans. Before retiring, Tom spent 22 years at Texas Instruments as a manufacturing engineer and military consultant. Was then retained by Raytheon to lead veteran recruiting. Graduated ROTC from Norwich University and served in U.S. Army command positions across Europe, Asia, Africa.
