Founded MOJO in 2012 as a specialized boutique hiring event catering to all ranks of degreed military personnel and their spouses. Previously, developed and managed the Service Academy Career Conference (SACC) at the U.S. Naval Academy for 15 years. A native of Annapolis, I hold a degree from the University of Maryland and an MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business.

Individual support behind the high touch guidance we offer our veterans and spouses. Before retiring, Tom spent 22 years at Texas Instruments as a manufacturing engineer and military consultant. Subsequently was retained by Raytheon to lead veteran recruiting nationally. Graduated ROTC from Norwich University and served in U.S. Army command positions across Europe, Asia, Africa.

Theresa “Terri” is a highly experienced Talent Acquisition leader with a distinguished 32-year tenure at Johnson & Johnson. Throughout her career, she championed sourcing programs supporting transitioning military personnel, veterans, and military spouses. We are pleased to welcome Terri to MOJO following her retirement from J&J.

Navy veteran and industry recognized subject matter expert in sourcing. Dan has developed veteran focused programs for Amazon, Booz Allen Hamilton, HP, IBM, and Marriott. He presently applies his expertise as Director of Talent at ManTech and volunteers at MOJO. Prior enlisted Marine and Graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy.

Ashley is a military spouse and accountant who actively volunteers at our MOJO events. She and her husband, Kyle, completed a three-year deployment at Fort Shafter Army Base in Hawaii before returning to Maryland, where they were subsequently stationed at Fort Meade. Ashley holds a BA in Marketing from the University of Maryland.
